Returns
At Studio Sodoo, we understand that purchasing fragile ceramic products can come with some uncertainty. That's why we have a dedicated return policy in place to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our policy is in line with EU regulations, and we want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
First and foremost, it's important to inspect your ceramic products carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us immediately via contact@studiosodoo.com so that we can resolve the issue for you.
Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur during the transport. Therefore, picking the insured delivery option when checking out is advised.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it to us. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with all the necessary instructions.
Please note that the ceramic products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We will not be able to accept returns of damaged or used products.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
